    Hallmark movies have gotten popular lately at my favorite pegleg establishments. 4 of the 10 in the “featured” list are hallmark.

    Last year I think we’d never see even one.

    It’s because movies really suck now. We’re literally scraping the bottom of the barrel.

      Capitalist realism as I understand it … is more like a pervasive atmosphere, conditioning not only the production of culture but also the regulation of work and education, and acting as a kind of invisible barrier constraining thought and action. Mark Fisher
