            Dunno if you’re referring to me misreading long as short term memory, or if you actually are asking if short term memory is an ADHD thing.

            In the case of the latter, I think so? Most of my siblings have very bad short term memories, so do I. And we all have ADHD. Though medication doesn’t really help a lot for me in that regard, it allows me to concentrate better so I can use my short term memory more effectively.

            Note: I’m not an expert, don’t take this as fact 😅
