Gotcha, okay. So you could do it either way, but for most people ($125k and below per person) it’s probably just better to use the feie it seems
This is great, thanks for sharing all this.

That’s a great article, thanks for the read.

I thought it was a Form 1116 thing, but I could be wrong for sure. IANAL and haven’t yet done foreign taxes so who knows yet
Can I interest you in a dozen middle eastern street courses?
Yeah, it goes up faster than inflating each year, it seems. 126,400 per person or 253k for married I believe this year, which is a pretty fair bit especially considering you deduct the taxes you locally pay off the top first, afaik
Do you live abroad? I’m expatting in a few weeks (long planned, not in a pure panic due to Trump) and would love ask a few questions if so!
That was fantastic.

I was hoping that’d be a Dan video. He has another one about how it’s Rude to Suck at Warcraft, which I found enlightening on how things have changed in WoW
Huh. Someone on F1 TV said that it was KMag’s last weekend in F1 in Mexico. Maybe it wasn’t a slip? Weird
Hope he feels better
Agree, but it’s certainly easier to do in NYC than rural places in the US, so I advocate for starting there
Good, especially since the law just targets POC.
If car traffic became 50% worse to make walking traffic 5% better, that’s a win for humans in the city. It’ll help convince more people to use non-car methods of transportation and that helps spark people to vote for and invest in more non-car infrastructure.
Ditching cars in populated cities isn’t a magic law or anything, it’s a slow incremental burn; legalizing pedestrians walking strictly helps that
Ah that’s so cool! I’ve been to 9 races (not Vegas though, but maybe someday!). Advice really varies per circuit but the big things are:
–Find out how you’re getting to/from the circuit. Vegas has great options for staying close enough to not need a bus or a car. Often one of the hardest parts of the weekend.
–wear comfy shoes and clothes, especially during FP you have a lot of opportunities to walk around. I’d take a lap of the outer perimeter of the circuit for sure
–food, merch is all very expensive typically
–ear protection
–learn who has a black vs yellow t cam, sometimes it’s harder to tell what’s going on and commentary varies a lot per circuit. My rule for this is the “main” driver on a team has the black T cam except for Lando and Lewis, but the quotes around main are doing some heavy lifting
Have fun! Take pics, be safe.
It’s hot, right? How’s that going? And logistics and the like?
Enjoy, so cool! Great seats
How can you not be a Rossi fanboy?
That’s sick, super cool throwback.
Hey, I’m one of those wishlisters!
I’m excited to see it. Your inspiration games are great (anything that says similar to Outer Wilds is going on the wishlist, basically), and I’m looking forward to your narrative. I haven’t played the demo yet and was going to go in blind.
Cheers man, hope it is okay for your work life balance soon enough.
I opted out of this over a month ago, still opted out.
Wonder how long they’ve been doing this …
God all that was so fucking awkward
The best counter point I’ve heard for it is that a date change would happen in the middle of the work day for half the world. That does sound tough to deal with
For the curious, like me
That’s so cool!
How old (ish) were you when you moved?
Did you speak any Japanese before?
Any consideration towards relocating again?
Any other stories you want to share?
