Be sure to read the part where it says that as of today, ALL Tesla cars will have the hardware needed for full self-driving at a safety level SUBSTANTIALLY GREATER than that of a human driver.

How does that make sense, that something that performs SUBSTANTIALLY GREATER than a human driver needs constant supervision by the inferior driver?
