im black and live in eastern europe (close to ukraine). many of my neighbours are muslim and some are immigrants. many of us are communists too. i dont really talk about this bc i know this community wouldnt care (dont blame yall) but war really is war and there isnt much ideology or discussion going on. drones get ”dropped”, people get injured etc. im happy that there is some pushback in this thread because i feel a bit alienated when people say they wish our homes would get leveled, when those saying it wouldnt really be there for the reality… though i understand the sentiment behind it and know europeans say this about other countries all the time

another thing to consider is that if we get ”leveled” that will not at all be beneficial to communism. i thought about the war possibly expanding and i know very well that if they found out i am a communist it will not be fun. also, ukrainian refugees go to western countries where they get even more hardcore anti-communist ideas. when youre far away its easy to see it as an ideological war but its not at all like that here, its real
