• Make your career and personal relationships so fulfilling that the mere idea of needing to watch movies and TV shows for entertainment starts to seem utterly ridiculous.
Damn, I thought this was a satire magazine, not a spitting-straight-facts magazine.
I mean, this is kind of the case for me, except I would replace “fulfilling” with “overwhelming”.
$15+ a month for one streaming service with some content
$10 or less a month for VPN to access ALL CONTENT
The choice is obvious here 😂
Living in a country that doesn’t give a fuck:
+100% content
+50% healthcare
+90% safety from mass shootings
–40% salary
–60% job opportunities
–30% cost of living

I keep 3 active. And only buy others a month at a time when something I wanna watch goes up.
I’ll grab disney for a month to watch the new season of Doctor Who. Or a month of Max when House of the Dragon drops. Watch what I wanna watch. Plus a movie or two I had forgotten about.
Just subscribe then cancel about 10 mins later. Use it for the month and it’s gone.
I don’t have a conjoined twin to mooch off of, sadly.
Well maybe it’s time you changed that.
I can’t tell if people are using the headline as a jumping off point or the whole thread just…
the hardest part about sourcing my own iso’s is when Im talking to someone about a show or movie and they ask me what service it’s on and I have no idea or even a clue on how many different streaming services there are now
My tip: Justwatch
Be like me and just say BitTorrent.
I don’t understand how people get addicted to these video streaming services. Every streaming service I’ve subscribed to is shit.
i do one at a time for a month or two and switch, but it’s been nearly two years since i have subbed to anything (streaming or cable–which is ridiculously overpriced these days).
i just watch the stuff i already have here and i’m in no danger of ‘running out’ of things to watch anytime soon.
