I hate when people say that something is healthy because it has “nutrients”. I mean, yeah, it’s probably true but everything has nutrients. And of course there are supplements and stuff which are literally pure nutrients.

I fucken love sweet potatoes and it’s honestly so fucked up that they get relegated to the once-per-year “thanksgiving food” catagory.
