The radioactive fascist clown squatting in our Whitehouse and kidnapping people off the streets in broad daylight has made a couple news publications. Maybe you’ve seen one or two headlines.

Oh, and by squatting, I mean literally squatting down and taking an actual shit on our constitution, not squatting like inhabiting illegally, because apparently the majority of our country actually asked for this.

I’d be less surprised by that, than if literal Vulcans with elf ears landed in Montana tomorrow and gave the Vulcan hand sign.

    Avoiding the famous things…

Tracking mud into someone’s house. The most striking cultural difference is literally just taking your shoes off as a guest.

Alligators, tropical diseases, hurricanes for the most part.

Flag-worship. Which is ironic because tomorrow is Canada Day, but really the US is on a whole other level.

    Government deadlock.

    Pennies.

    Embargoing Cuba.

a fascist dictator leading the country; the complete and entire erosion of the rule of law

It’s more relevant in the states right now, but this is something we should all worry about all the time.

To clarify for anyone who missed it:

Trump made a law that states that the president of the US is above the law.

This means that, even after the next election, he could remain president, since the laws that prevent this don’t apply to him. He could also just straight up shoot one in the streets and wouldn’t be able to be punished.

To clarify, Trump passed no such law. It was a supreme court ruling that happened last year, during the end of Biden’s presidency. It only applies to official actions, so could be interpreted to not apply to violations while campaigning for office (but this is the same supreme court that put the presidency above the law)

It gives the president unchecked power, if they choose to abuse it

A friend in the US told me: I cannot work more hours because I need to keep my income at specific range to be able to qualify for provisional or federal medical insurance.

    This is so fucked up.
