I was just recently watching a contest reality show called The Traitors where the whole purpose of the show is to manipulate and betray the other contestants, and it seemed like every other scene involved either someone insisting that the person inexplicably being nice to them would never betray them, or crying that they feel bad for lying to the other contestants… It really made me wonder if anyone had accurately explained the premise to any of them before the show started

Survivor contestants have been asked to eat worse. There was one season they drank fresh animal blood. Seems like a great way to get sick.
