Can somebody please ELI5 all these metaphors, one by one?

Like “Killing machine” and how can a reforestation be “vegan” and why etc…pp.

I may be stupid, or maybe it is because I am not native in English, but I really don’t get any of the implicit meanings.

One of the reasons I avoid the “Solarpunk” types is because they still don’t want to renounce “Shit-and-gore-punk”. Raising and killing animals is not punk. I’m not into Shitpunk. If your village smells like shit, something is going wrong.

Excellent model and it would be even neater with some animation to show the feedback loops.
