I wrote a post about it on Reddit calling it out, and it got taken down. My investigation was finding a dozen posters who posted a lot of “removed”-esque posts with Biden or Kamala in conservative_memes, and then having lots of posts on like Bollywood, Indian food, and Indian politic subreddits.

Buy a camera and take it to a photo place so get physical copies of your dick pics. Mail them to your friends. Buy a megaphone so you can yell racist things to your neighbors.

All of this is still possible right now. No smart phone needed.

My wife is a medical professional who works in this space and when I told her this joke, she shared that this is not how epidurals work at all.
