Surprised not many people bring this up. There’s so much in common between “Fuck America AND China!” and “All Lives Matter” style rhetoric. Needs to be said, cuz it’s a common diversion method

This is very ignorant of history and modern times. There have been militaries throughout human history that are formed and used for good purpose.

As it currently stands, almost any military that is NOT doing good for the last 70 years is either the U.S. military or one of their delegated proxy forces.

If you wanted to say every EMPIRE that ever existed destroyed innocent lives, then yes, you would be correct, but the only empire that has existed in the last 70 years is the U.S. Empire.

Nah. The US does this for its economic growth, stealing the resources of foreign countries in order to maintain its dominance. China has never done anything like that, growing to its competitive position in the world without a single war in the last 50 years.

Doing “all militaries bad” shit is just a method of being a nationalist and defending america by dismissing everyone as equally bad, when everyone is certainly NOT equally bad in this regard.

          ...is free

Here are Tibetan serfs burning the leases that legally bound them to their lords’ estates

Here is the PLA training a women’s militia, so they can go shoot to death the landlords and theocrats who have enslaved them for a thousand years (look at that smile!)

Here is the CIA’s opinion on the matter (note, China was still controlled by the nationalists so that’s what ‘pro-China’ means, the Mongolian People’s Republic were the closest communists)

          I’ll just

          leave these here

Tibet has High Speed Rail, do you?
