Yes! I have a similar pattern where I have a very large poop in the morning or two moderately-largely sized poops (once in the morning and once later at a random time depending on my physical activity, caffeine intake, etc). I also need to drink more water now for my skin to not dry out.
Don’t! It’s probably a combination of cellulose, junk that could otherwise accumulate in your intestines/kidneys/liver, but is being scrubbed out of the blood by the cellulose, water, and (if you’re eating and digesting a normal amount and not currently dealing with an infection or something) whatever else you weren’t able to absorb. But if you’re healthy and eating a healthy mix of calories for your activity level, you shouldn’t worry as the intestines are fairly adaptive
