Donald Trump has proposed a fascist plan to deploy military forces against U.S. citizens who oppose him on election day.
“I think the bigger problem is the enemy from within,” the former president told Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo when she asked if he expects “chaos on election day” from immigrants. “We have some very bad people, some sick people, radical left lunatics…. And it should be easily handled by, if necessary, by National Guard, or if really necessary, by the military.”
Throughout his campaign, Trump has laid out a dystopian vision for America where the military uses violence to detain and deport immigrants, suppress protests, and target criminals. He has used fascistic, violent language and recently repeated his vow to be a “dictator” for “one day” if elected.

Now, for Lemmy rules reasons, I can’t SAY that you should be the change you want to see in the world.
However, I CAN say that it’s the republicans themselves that refuse to close down a gun sales program, and refuse to adopt a firearms control policy. So legally speaking, there’s nothing at all preventing ANYONE, literally ANYONE from legally buying just a shitload of firearms. Anf an armies worth of ammunition.
So I can’t tell you HOW to use that information. But I can say to follow your dreams! Do with that information what you will…

Fuck it, weather trump wins or loses there will be violence like the time he won and there was a huge uptick in hate crimes, and the time he lost I dont need to explain. Weather he dies naturally, by assassination, or by his own hand, people will lie and make conspiracies that will lead to more violence. I can’t suggest anyone do anything but to me the logic says the sooner Trumps underground the better society will fare, no matter how it happens. The band aid will be rippd off eventually, why let him ruin everything until that happens?

Before you scoff and think to yourself “That would never happen here”, cast your mind back to the long hot summer of unrest in '67. And then consider the reality of Sherman tanks on the streets of Detroit
That tank looks more like an M48 Patton (judging by the turret) than a Sherman, or an M60 Patton (judging by the track shape).
The Sherman is WWII, the M48 is Korean War era, the M60 would be Vietnam, so it would make sense in 1967 that it’s an M48.
