Jesus fucking christ, how the fuck does he not go to jail for that? Civil lawsuit isn’t nearly enough for that. Hell, aside from the clear assault that’s getting close to illegal confinement when he dragged her back to his hotel room.

EDIT: I just read the back-story to this. A) The crime is now past the statute of limitations, so the state can’t prosecute for it. B) The reason why the tape didn’t coming out before now is Sean Combs bought the tape from the hotel to prevent it from getting out. That just feels like obstruction of justice or something. It probably isn’t, though.

He had fallen ages ago, people with to much money just can hide themselves from punishment.

Reminder that Chris Brown still has a career.

R Kelly only got put away fairly recently and that guy married a 15 year old girl back in the 90s.

I take solace that people are catching on to Drake and his child grooming ass and not letting go. That fucker needs time in the spotlight too.

Nothing Wheelchair Jimmy says will alter the reality that he was up in Millie Bobby Brown and Billie Elishs phones when they were teens and he a grown ass man.

appears to show the rapper, producer and business mogul

Completely unnecessary context setting for the second sentence, CNN. We know who he is.

I couldn’t name most rappers, even popular ones. Just not an interest for me. If you’d given me his name without context, I wouldn’t have known what he does.

Guys, he’s been pretty much out of the spotlight for almost a whole generation’s conscious life. A Gen Z person who doesn’t really know much about rap music could very easily not know who this is. The person you’re replying to isn’t saying, “pfft, I only like underground artists, I don’t even know who Taylor swift is.” They’re saying, “that name hasn’t crossed my radar, I needed the context.” Wtf is this hostility

I mean, it’s not age. I just don’t follow celebrity news or listen to rap. I could name maybe three rappers. Don’t listen to country music, could name maybe one performer there. Couldn’t name any Indian music performers, to pick a random genre. Or K-pop. Or folk music.

I might have a better shot at some rock or electronica musicians, at least band names, but I couldn’t tell you anything about their personal lives.

EDIT: Well, I guess…let’s see now. Elvis, Michael Jackson, Kurt Cobain, guess I could rattle off that they had untimely deaths that drug use contributed to. Elvis gained a lot of weight, Jackson had serious issues from plastic surgery. Picked that up from retrospectives or obituaries at or after their deaths, though. Beethoven was deaf.

I couldn’t tell you anything about the lives of celebrity professional sports figures either, though I know that there were many dramas that made the sports news over the years and I’m sure that there were no shortage of people who did follow them.

Yeah, they shouldn’t waste so much digital ink explaining things to people who might not know about them. The digital ink industry is almost solely responsible for the destruction of the digital lemur’s habitat.

Man at this point I’d be like “can we drop the nickname, this is serious shit.”

But he’s the one who decided to call him self Diddy. That’s on him.

Wow, what a piece of shit. I have never felt the need to physically assault any of my partners. I’m so anti-violence that it’s a funny inside joke that my partner and I are going to beat each other up with me complaining to my cats that she’s abusing me. That kind of shit is only funny because the possibility of real violence does not exist in any way. What I’m trying to say is fuck this guy.
