They very clearly are against hrt that does not match the gene expression of a person’s body
And that’s exactly what RFK is doing. He’s fundamentally altering the natural development of his own body. It’s natural for men to have lower testosterone as they age. Naturally, a 75 year old should not have as high of testosterone levels as as 25 year old man. Yet the same people who force trans kids to go through their natal puberties, citing nature, have no problem interfering with nature when trans people aren’t involved.
To be clear, the reason why I replied was because of the comment “But you gotta cut corners for humor somewhere.”. To me, that seems to imply that you think that RFK’s androgen replacement therapy is not actually gender affirming care and that the parallel was only drawn in the interest of humor rather than being accurate.
Hrt has been a thing for a very long time and is somewhat common in age. Feel free to read https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hormone_replacement_therapy
They very clearly are against hrt that does not match the gene expression of a person’s body.
Edit: should have linked https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Androgen_replacement_therapy
Edit2: Wikipedia does not appear to call that one gender affirming care. But you gotta cut corners for humor somewhere.

Just because Wikipedia doesn’t say it’s gender affirming care doesn’t mean it isn’t.
That absolutely is a form of gender affirming care.
My comment refers to the Wikipedia article. I do not care if you call a dog a canine or a human an animal. But if you don’t I might note it as odd.
I’m not sure what you mean.

Fair point.
Interesting that the wiki article only covers HRT for menopause related conditions.
Read up top: for other hrt check the article that covers that one. Please note that I actually should have linked the ART article.
