If I have to hear a petit bougie or better yet a wage labouring petit bougie wannabe complain about how high their taxes are, that they basically work for the state, and that stuff is expensive because of taxes, I am going to explode.
Like I get that they think it’s in their material interests and a whole lot of bourgois propaganda revolves around taxes, but I’m just over it.
Taxes would be a lot more palatable to a lot more people if a lot higher percentage went to social benefit rather than bolstering hegemony.

Even just taking the small amount of tax revenue spent on social benefits in the west, I wouldn’t even know where to begin to calculate the non-subsidized price of things like schools, healthcare, water, roads, etc.
You could tell them that if they don’t want to be taxed then they should aim for total socialization of the means of production just like the DPRK.
