Name the dish for what it is, not what you are trying to force it to be. Why call a tofu sandwich a burger? Just call it a hot sandwich. This is my point. I had a " Vegan Reuben" and it had zero trace of the original texture or taste but yet its a Reuben because vegans said it is.
