Foodservice provider Xanterra Travel Collection has committed to making more of its US National Parks plant-based menus plant-based.

Bit unexpected with everything going with the national park service, but welcome. Appears the decision might have been made by the contractor?

This just in, national park service has also released thousands of meat-allergy ticks into the park to promote their new plant based options
