It’s Infernal. The language is detailed in the adventure module Descent Into Avernus. You can also just find the infernal alphabet on the forgotten realms wiki.
That is to say that it’s very possible to translate it. Now as to whether OP’s translation is accurate or not, i have no idea, cause i have better things to do than read fake text out of an NPCs horn.

To be fair though, they do post a lot of quality too. Seems they should slow down and read what they post a little more carefully
