    Most guys in their 20s-40s could get arms like that with 30 pushups a day. It’s pretty funny how he thinks they are worth showing off.

    Went to the gym yesterday and ran a 5k today, doing my part 🫡

    My phone is plastered in left wing stickers, from Palestine to Antifa to a FCK [Local party name] and I had several people strike up a conversation because of it. There are more comrades out there than we think, they just need a point of recognition sometimes.

      Like Comrade Jones said, you can get arms like his with 30 pushups a day, when I couldn’t do pushups I put some soft clothing under my knees and tried to do 5 knee-push-ups a few times in a given day. Give it time and growth will come. If you would like to go gymming ignore the mental overload that comes from watching fitness YouTubers, if you want to lose weight more calories out than in, vice versa for gaining weight, and stick to push-pull-legs for now. Try have fun with it, its all super unserious stuff just go have fun <3

      PS given his frame (hes 5’3) his arms are incredibly unimpressive since shorter stature men usually can build more meat on. His physique is unimpressive because he probably is expending all of his energy being a fascistic parasite

        Don’t pushups target the triceps? So you need something else for biceps. I’m gonna try and do them anyway, I already started doing planks some days ago and tested how many pushups I can do (not a lot). I guess I should start from the knees, then get a pull up bar to add some pulling to my routine

          Diamond press-ups target the tricep much more than a typical pressup, a normal pressup targets the shoulders and chest, however during the tendon building stage you’ll feel your arms being incorporated a lot, that might explain why you feel pressups they work the arms. If you want to work your biceps, I truly do suggest getting dumbells, and if you dont mind saving for a litle while as you are building tendon strength, get weight dumbbell, you can change the weight (2kg-32kg) by rotating the bar like a motorbike. Its super approachable

      He could look like Frank Zane for all I care, he is a fascistic parasite who fumbled being a writer in Hollywood and decided to make that all of our problem. That’s why we need to work out because freaks like these speak poison to power and I don’t think any of us should get nipped in the butt because they don’t see a problem with their maggot brains. Physical health breathes vitality into our bodies which helps us all make it to the next day with full strength.
