minus-square🏴 hamid the villain [he/him] 🏴@vegantheoryclub.orgOPMlinkfedilinkarrow-up10·edit-22 months agoTo be honest I don’t really measure anything and freeball everything so all these are approximate 1 cup okara 1/4 cup oat meal 1 can no salt added kidney beans 1/4 cup tomato sauce 1-2 tsp soy sauce tbsp herbs de province mix tsp of yellow and black mustard seeds fresh ground tbsp flax fresh ground 3 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp garam masala tbsp ginger paste salt and pepper then I topped it with more tomato sauce and baked it for an hour—
