To be honest I don’t really measure anything and freeball everything so all these are approximate
- 1 cup okara
- 1/4 cup oat meal
- 1 can no salt added kidney beans
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1-2 tsp soy sauce
- tbsp herbs de province mix
- tsp of yellow and black mustard seeds fresh ground
- tbsp flax fresh ground
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garam masala
- tbsp ginger paste
- salt and pepper
then I topped it with more tomato sauce and baked it for an hour—
