They are doing this because a rotten corpse doesn’t force them to compete, they can do whatever they want. If MS didn’t shit the bed with the Series X/S, Sony would be trying harder to please customers, or at least not actively screwing them (see also: 800 EUR PS5 Pro without disc drive or vertical stand).
I ended up around 1.3 per can, ordered 3 boxes with some discount. Will order one again soon, as they are throwing me another discount if I leave a review.
Defintely not cheap, but also not too far from brand name energy drink prices in Germany. Of course in Easter EU you can get Hell or something similar for around 0.5-0.6, it’s hard to beat that.

You are actually right. I tried this game as a friend liked it, and it basically does everything that COD does, but for free, so it’s not the worst way for somebody to spend their time online. Still, I imagine Ubi execs promised to dethrone every other shooter and have 100 million payers to milk for MTX.
Ubisoft’s free version of COD. I tried it as a friend was raving about it, tbh it’s a fine game if somebody likes this style. The character’s from the Ubi universe are just a gimmick, most play the same

I tried Brite, a bit more healthier version of energy drinks, and I’m feeling much better not forcing myself to drink what tastes like battery acid in the morning. Still, the best would be to just stay away from caffeine, I had some periods like that lasting several months, was feeling great, and sleeping great

Same, I couldn’t even finish watching a 10 min review, it was so boring. When I went to pick up Space Marines 2 in a big store, it was full of SW Outlaws discs. I picked up the last SM2, and Astro Bot was already sold out, so people were happy to buy games, just not this one.

In my previous role I was leading a department, constantly needing to hire people. After some terrible initial experience, I didn’t let HR touch any of the CVs in the system, nor give a call to anybody, I started doing evertyhing myself. I was much faster in hiring than my peers, and good candidates also responded much better to a manager calling them. It takes effort, but shortens hiring time and improves the process a lot. There are of course limits, I was doing this for 1-3 open positions at a time, no manager could do it for 10, and I also had experience in recruitment myself.
Unless they have a dedicated HR person for a department/area that really learns the business and specializes, they are not going to be able to help hiring much.

Mostly it’s the lack of competition.
On one hand, regulators allowed big companies to become monopolies, so we don’t have a choice. Imagine if instagram and whatsapp were not part of facebook, how different social media would be? Or if bumble and hinge were competing with tinder, not just all being a part of match.com.
And on the other hand, we have examples like the console “war”, where Xbox messed up this generation so hard, that Sony now can do whatever they want.
