You don’t have to pay taxes on your car if you don’t drive it on public roads.
You don’t have to pay taxes on your car if you don’t drive it on public roads.
Also trucks… One reason car taxes have increased a lot in recent years where I live is trucking lobbies lobbying government to reduced road taxes on trucks and increase weight limits on trucks.
I think that’s probably true for anyone who drinks a lot of caffeine daily. Everyone eventually is just drinking it to stay awake and not get a headache from caffeine withdrawal, or they’re increasing how much they consume exponentially over time 😅
Is it just me or does it seem slightly sus that GrapheneOS is only available for Google hardware…
That site was failing to load the embed for me on my tablet, direct link for anyone else with similar issues: https://old.reddit.com/r/TeslaFSD/comments/1lkh7n2/tesla_drives_into_oncoming_traffic/
It seems to me like you’re struggling to empathise with people that speed 😂( which if you don’t drive is completely fair 😂)
But yeah I agree it’s not a good excuse for speeding, just trying to say that putting a sign up is not very effective. It’s better than nothing though and a good first step.
But adding speed cameras, while it might help a bit to reduce speeds, it’s not very effective, and a much better solution would be removing the root cause of the problem: car centric infrastructure.
Speed cameras don’t prevent people from speeding, they just punish people after the fact, whereas better designed roads prevent it from even happening in the first place.
I hope we come to view this as a lack of empathy.
It’s not that at all, look at the road where it’s happening… It’s fucking 22 god damn meters(72 feet) wide from kerb to kerb, and the speed limit is 35mph(56kph)…
The main issue is the road is very poorly designed.
Lucky there was a sidewalk shed there to slow the car before it went through the window… And lucky there wasn’t anyone on the footpath…
It’s a bit like how in NZ you can order a “pint” of beer, and the bartender will fill up a random size glass around 400~700ml 😅: you can buy a 30" TV, and if you measure the diagonal, it’s around 79-82cm 😅
As someone who occasionally drives a bmw, I agree.
When I have to drive somewhere, because there’s no inter-city passenger rail where I live, I want to do it as comfortably as possible, and bmw is one good option for this(unfortunately I can’t afford a Rolls and/or a chauffeur 😞)
Wouldn’t that be more of a statue of unlimitations?
You can still use classes if you want to…
Yeah but they’ll lose that business next quarter, and the current shareholders will have already sold thier shares by the time that’s reported so it doesn’t matter.
Hes quite old: he could drop dead any time …
You seem very optimistic about the state the world will be in when he’s gone… 😅
I can’t believe he ranked mgs1 below hl1…
I think there’s a few options, in order of increasing cost:
They can’t even meet the bar that other companies have gotten to with self-driving tech lol
And the bar was set dangerously low by others…
We already have the Skilled Migrant Category Resident Visa for that, I think we need more funding for Universities to attract any valuable PHDs…
Sounds like they’re intentionally setting the barriers to entry too high for anyone other than Google…
