Wouldn’t the starch break down into an equivalent amount of sugar during digestion?

Did you get a huge flood of emails at the start? That happened to me one time and it was because one of my old passwords got leaked. Buried within the flood of emails was a legit “your password has been changed” email for an account.
It’s an interesting thought but you gotta admit it would be silly to have a boss in a game that you absolutely cannot beat. Like your character just gives in to madness/despair as soon as you encounter the boss.
Now maybe if you had a dark souls boss fight while a different big unimaginable entity tries to catch up with you might be interesting. But that also might just be a countdown timer on the boss fight which could be lame if not done well.
Is PopOs or mint getting support for HDR? I’m dual booting PopOs but the lack of HDR support is of the things holding me back.
I wish every article that talks about “ultra-processed” foods would just link to the NOVA system or some other reference. Otherwise it just makes their statements seem so empty.
Yep, bread isn’t necessarily in the ultra-processed category but most of the common brands are.
Doesn’t mean you have to stop eating bread. Reading those NOVA guidelines and comparing the foods you eat will give you a lot to think about though.
I had to scroll all the way to the bottom to find a comment that mentioned using an app if some kind to help organize these tasks.
This one sounds interesting, I’ll check it out.
Same here. At some point I’ll have to try it out with a game that I don’t mind losing progress on. It sounded like you have to manually specify one or more save directories to get sync to work which sounds pretty flimsy to me.
Gog has cloud saves too if you use gog galaxy.
Definitely just download heroic. Lutris can be weird - for the epic store on Linux it literally just runs the epic store exe in wine and installs/launches games through it instead of directly in the lutris client.
But it is Linux and so naturally one or the other store will not always work right so it helps to have both.
Do you use cloud sync with heroic? It sounded somewhat beta/experimental so I use heroic for other storefronts but still use the gog galaxy since it’s sync works great and is built in.
Have you updated recently? A few weeks ago there were some changes to YouTube that basically shut down newpipe and other similar clients, but an update should have fixed that.
From the quick googling I did at work, it seems that there are different types of starches that digest at different rates. Whole grain cereals are in the slower-to-digest category *and might not get digested fully.
I personally suspect that the process of making oat milk - blending and straining the oats - makes them easier to digest and probably has an impact on GI. So it’s probably a wash.
