Well that’s just wildly misunderstanding political definitions, can’t help you much there bud. (You probably think of all communism as Stalinist Authoritarian Tankie Communism with a paranoid autocrat but there’s a whole spectrum in the anarchy/libertarian direction that really puts the “community” in “communism”)

I hate that “social media” is such a broad umbrella term. It totally lacks useful context. “Social networking site” is great, straightforward and descriptive. But “social media” encompasses every way we communicate with each other except for “traditional media” which got grandfathered through. BBS predates the internet!

All that to say: YouTube is, for many, a public-access TV station and I’m too young to be this mad about it.

Radical just means opposed to the status quo, “leftist” is pretty broad but is generally used to mean “left of the DNC” by politically engaged people and “left of Ronald Reagan” by MAGA. Ok, well, I am. It’s not “pointless story” it’s entertainment and I’m struggling to come up with a game that has zero plot or setting or characterization. Rocket League maybe.

Of note, they had already distanced themselves from Steve Harwell (lead vocal) for being a giant shithead and uncontrollable alcoholic.

It’s set in the Titanfall universe, there’s lots of lore scattered around. People work hard to integrate a narrative into the level and character designs, to imply plot in incidental dialogue or cinematics, or just literally write text entries that the majority of gamers will never read because only shooting and rare skins trigger their dopamine.

Leave Draw exactly as it is, thanks. Maybe increase magic damage scaling but the Junction system is neat and the whole thing ties into the plot.

You leave 8 alone! It’s not turn based (in a strict sense) and Draw/Junction is the foundation of the entire game, mechanical and narrative. The scaling is a little weird because there’s two main experience bars and only one of them makes enemies tougher and it’s not explained, but so be it. All I want is the Japan exclusive Chocobo World and updated graphics without changing the visual style and maybe a soundtrack that doesn’t sound so MIDI.

It’s not really for fans of the game, it’s about catching the rest of the country with empty pageantry while raking in advertiser money. Sometimes the game is also good but it hardly matters to the NFL.
