Remember when Netflix was totally dead and doomed when they cracked down on password sharing? And then it turned out people just upgraded to the new plan and kept on consuming.

Really gonna do my guy Megamind dirty like this?
Reposting is not a problem, it’s an NSFW server, nobody will downvote repeated content. What was getting down voted were dudes and chubby women showing off.
I cannot affirm with certainty there is correlation, but the main page is far more diverse in people and content since the removal of the downvote, and constant reposting is not a thing I see (at least for now).
Now I wonder how will the fourth meme reference this and the previous two.
“You must understand, it was for the benefit of mankind, I assure you!”.
Promoting a patreon, shilling for NFTs in their welcome video, and being kinda smug about the project in the comment section. I don’t know chief…
“I HATE GOOGLE!”
It may be easier because Bluesky already made the choice for you, you don’t need to pick an instance, the default is Bluesky Social and that’s it, if you want a different one you can search it or make one. It removes that tiny mental block of having to commit to a server you don’t know if you will like.
Holy shit, he actually does look like Villagran lmao
In-person robbery of a currency that can be traced at every transaction. Remarkable it worked out for so long.
Just the third party filters are getting the axe, the ones from Meta are staying.
Filters will not be going away altogether on Instagram. First-party filters created by Meta will continue to be available. The offering of filters available on Instagram’s official account (140 at present) is insignificant compared to the library of millions of filters created by third-parties. Instagram’s official filters also offer less diverse types of AR experiences, and its account does not feature any beautifying filters.
Their “methodology” blurb has so many buzzwords that I’m inclined to agree.
Now I’m really wondering if the participants (or the people conducting the poll) knew the difference between Zelda and Link.
Some religions outright forbid consumption of balut altogether, so perhaps they wouldn’t?
This exchange would be very interesting if the person in question is into eating balut.

While I believe that video has merit, I’d like to bring attention to münecat’s essay on it (and other “body language” vids), because there is chance Jim’s analysis is not accurate https://youtu.be/Y0VQyEY-B2I
Oh wow, I’m gonna try this next time I need to down an ibuprofen
One of his first gigs was when a software company mistakenly contacted his business to make a program of sorts, and rather than explaining the situation, he was like “Who? Oh yeah, sure, we are definitely that company you were looking for, we totally know the thing you’re talking about, we’ll do it!”. He was a liar from the very start, it just took some time, and a handful of overhyped (by him) games for people to catch on. If I had to point to an specific event for the decline in his public image, it’d be the Project Milo presentation for the Kinect (just revealed as Project Natal).
Is this like an Antlion?
