I switched to Apple because I wanted a way to get away from Google who I feel is more evil than Apple. I didn’t have access to a computer to install GrapheneOS on a Pixel so I bought an iPhone and canceled most of my Google accounts.

My laptop has Fedora on it but we don’t have a Linux phone available.

I often wonder why people think Google is less evil than Apple. The oligarchs aren’t giving us choices. Every big corporation and most small businesses are evil by design. Are people supposed to move into a cabin in the woods and go off grid?

I don’t understand what they are doing. AI can’t run a business, it doesn’t increase productivity, it’s not good at medical services, it’s not good at therapy, it’s not good at creating anything other than mediocre text, it generates crappy slop.
