There’s a software called Winboat which integrates Windows apps natively in your Linux system and under the hood it’s spin up a virtual machine for it. You can try that for Excel

You can pay it via cloud gaming for free with the app greenlight

Focalboard is a good alternative Sadly it doesn’t seem to be maintained at the moment.
For Personal To-Do List & Habit Tracker I use Habitica it’s pretty cool :)
Yea fuck Google I still use it to manage my subscriptions and playlists and the open the url in a browser with ublock origin until they fix it
For YouTube Desktop App there Is FreeTube. It’s great!
