Strengthen requirements and vetting when evaluating cases, but if someone commits a previous crime I don’t think their lifetime is redeemable. Sure they can “change and rehabilitate” but if you murder or rape someone that should be signing off on the rest of your life.

Honestly in today’s economy, this is like all the space I need. I have started selling off things that won’t fit in a car in a moments notice because of how unstable the market is I never know how long I’ll be residing somewhere.

For 17k I don’t think this includes enough to be enjoyable but I’m all for prefab homes that are purpose built. If you can throw it on a trailer and move it to some plot of land you buy all you have to pay is utilities.
