    What’s your soup recipe? I find it difficult to make spinach- or broccoli-based soups taste good without a lot of salt, and I have high blood pressure.

    • Same with the blood pressure although I have recently gotten it under control with a stricter diet, more greens, more exercise and less salt, I’ve been working on it and just getting used to food tasting plainer. I did use a spoon of miso on this one though with some nutritional yeast and lemon for the soup base. I just chopped potatoes, carrots, spinach, dill, and celery and boiled it all together for a while then used my immersion blender to thicken it up. My partner is allergic to alliums otherwise I would have loaded it with garlic and onions.
