Sorry but the adhesive holding the label onto that mustard bottle was made from horse hooves. No mustard for you.
Ruined a perfectly good piece of bread
You are on the d.t.de instance and utter these words? The only word I can agree on is “piece”.
Pumpernickel gang represent
meh, I’d eat it anyway
Could have been moldy on the other side
Or just remove the twig and eat it anyway
I don’t remember Lemmy having an equivalent to r/frugalcirclejerk but if it did, this would be the perfect crosspost
Look at moneybags over here with the bread 🙄
A classic logdog with an urban harvest salad, lovely
The line between vegan food and non-vegan is so frustrating to me.
Apples are vegan. I eat them all the time but I’m not vegan.
I love food that’s just plants but the second it’s called vegan others turn their noses up at it.
It’s so dumb. But it deals with people so it’s gonna be dumb.
“Vegan food” is kind of a misnomer anyway, IMO. Plant based makes much more sense. “Vegan” is a moral conviction, not a food attribute.
Non-vegan “food” is a misnomer anyways. It’s corpses and excretions.
Is that even rennet-free mustard?
What kind of mustard uses rennet???
Okay this isn’t the point because the comment you are replying to is a jerk (as in, it’s in the spirit of the circlejerk) but some mustards contain non-vegan wines.
Still not rennet but not too far off tbh
Paleomustard
I can’t find a single reference of mustard with rennet existing
Sorry, I was just messing around. I don’t think there is any mustard with rennet in it. I might’ve misunderstood the tone of VeganCirclejerk
Nah fam I think most people in these comments are new to the concept. I lol’d.
