After facing pressure from vegan and lactose-intolerant customers, PETA and even Sir Paul McCartney, Starbucks is making this major change.

This is actually great news because it means competing coffee shops will likely do the same. I’ve been charged up to $2 to replace milk with oat milk before at local coffee shops. Fuck that.

Bad-faith carnist rhetoric & anti-veganism are not allowed, as this is not a space to debate the merits of veganism. Anyone is welcome here, however, and so good-faith efforts to ask questions about veganism may be given their own weekly stickied post in the future.
