Bell Bottoms seem to go in and out of style periodically. Wikipedia thinks there was a revival in the late 90s, and another in fashion circles in the early 2020s.

It is weirdly hard to find a vintage photo of bell bottoms that isn’t AI generated. I rejected about 5 in a row which failed an online AI tester. I think the one below is legit.
