    Rustad says he was kicked out of the B.C. Conservative caucus twice in the span of 12 hours. The MLA for Nechako Lakes and former party leader says he got a text message from Findlay Thursday night saying he was removed from caucus. About 15 minutes later, she sent a text rescinding the message.

    However, on Friday morning, Heather Maahs, interim opposition leader, informed the clerk’s office that Rustad, Halford and Rattée are no longer part of the Conservative caucus.

    Rustad said he plans to hold a press conference in Victoria on Monday with more details.

      So we have the batshit crazy BCCons, the more moderate ones that jumped ship to CentreBC, and now the batshit crazy ones that got kicked out and are too right for CentreBC but can’t go back to BCCons.

      Are we potentially looking at 3 conservative parties next election? Eby must be sleeping so soundly right now.

        Poor Rustad keeps getting ousted. First from the BC Liberals, then the BC Conservatives leadership and now completely from the BC Conservatives. Will someone think of the poor corporate man.
