NATO countries in Europe have more than doubled their arms imports between 2020 and 2024, with the US supplying over 64% of the total – up from 52% over the previous five-year period.

Long story short: Very, for a variety of reasons. There are many capabilities we simply do not have (yet), even when you include the ones we just straight up buy from the US.
That said, this does not mean there is no codependence. If Europe stopped cooperating with US military contractors today, much of their production would collapse, because they would have to replace countless non-standard parts.
