I feel like I also see a lot of cars parked in taxi stands and loading zones, which leads me to think car owners don’t think about anyone else, including other car drivers. Taxi stands are at their core congestion relief because the alternative is double parking and hunting for free kerb space. Its almost always big trucks too. I wonder why.
Usually loading zones have a timeframe. In that time, it is a loading zone. Outside of it it’s regular parking. That’s why you often see cars parked at loading zones. As long as they move the car before it becomes a loading zone again, they’re using it as intended.

Hmm, in my city the kerb is painted white and theres signs that say NO PARKING. Cops don’t seem to care though so what do I know
