I’ve listened to kisses’ album a number of times now and really love it. Saw them play recently as well and they were great. Very melancholic, but searingly beautiful. I take “the Eastern” [highway] to work most days and definitely feel the hum.

Thanks @[email protected]. I queued it up this morning and listened to the album. Although I tend towards more up-beat stuff at the moment…the kind of gentle melancholia that kisses exhibits is definitely something that sits well within my historic listening radar.
Do you know Roller One? Not the same thing, country overtones, but also some nice melancholia.
