If you’re looking to quit, consider swapping to a refillable vape, then you can slowly reduce the nicotine level in the juice until you’re vaping 0% nic. Do it pretty slowly though, and try to go for a vape like this that’s refillable, coil replaceable, and not some monstrosity larger than your phone. Try to resist the urge to join ‘vape culture’ since that will have you wanting to stick around.

If you’re not looking to quit, I think new pouches are just as bad (healthwise) as the old ones. Less gross looking/tasting, but you’re probably already desensitized to that part, lol.

A brand like this one let’s you slowly lower the nicotine without changing anything else, so once you find a flavor you like you don’t have to worry about ‘losing’ it if you change strength

The new pouches don’t taste like dip at all and are spitless. The new pouches are less strong than Skoal but still stronger than cigarettes and you can always just use more. I used zyn to quit smoking/vaping but I dipped for a long time so I may have been primed for the pouches
