Who cares about Rockstar’s opinion of “grounds?” Valve should simply do it anyway, and kick Rockstar off Steam entirely if it removedes about it.
That’s a good way to lose a lawsuit, end up giving all the money back plus interest and punitive amts, potential damages, etc. Smort.
