Related to this incident. You know what I do when I get pulled over? Shut my car off and roll the window down. If it’s at night I’ll also turn on the dome light.

This guy keeps his loud ass sports car running, has dark tint on the windows, and won’t put his window down at all so the cops can see him, or what he’s doing. He was being an asshole the entire stop.

None of which is illegal nor worth a beating.

I’m glad that you enjoy grabbing ankle for every cop you smell.

Why make a stressful situation worse? They didn’t know him or what he was going to do behind the wheel of a running car.

He handed the cop all the paperwork he needed for the stop 10 second into the video and Hill told the cop to right him a ticket before he rolled up his window. So the cops knew exactly what Hill wanted, which was his ticket so he could go on with his day.

After reading this comment I’ve come to the conclusion he got what he deserved and it’s okay for cops to abuse their power as long as they guy isn’t acting civilized.

What abuse? You’re allowed to put cuffs on someone who won’t step out of a running vehicle.

Was he tackled down? Tazed? Punched? Beaten? Bleeding? Pepper sprayed?

Why are you being hostile to me when I’m agreeing with you? Don’t show proper respect to agent of the state = slap them in cuffs, throw them on the ground, lock them up for however long needed to teach the animals respect for authority.

Its so strange you’re reacting negatively to us agreeing with one another

He was compliant literally the second they opened his unlocked door. Why do they need to dogpile him?

We can see the video. The literal second they open his unlocked door he tells them he’s getting out. They drag him out anyways. Then they dog pile him and he lets them do whatever they want to him. After he’s cuffed they control him with one officer and nothing more severe than a tap on his shoulder.

They absolutely escalated the situation beyond where it needed to be.

Youre right. You can see the video. He’s told four or five times to get out of the car before it was opened by the cop. Then Hill says he’s getting out, but doesn’t actually move to get out. Until he’s quasi pulled out, but the cops didn’t give a whole lot of time on that part. Saying you’re going to do something, but not actually doing it is something I even run into a lot as an emt. We just never escalate the situation with any force unless there isn’t another option and the person is in a situation where they legally have to go to the hospital. Cops are usually much less patient, but they deal with a different portion of the public a lot of times.

Bottom line is that the cops may have been assholes or not, but Hill wasn’t doing anything to try and keep the stop calm or civil. He was being a dick. Just like he’s been a dick all his life, right back to punching and choking his pregnant girlfriend back in college and all the way on up. Then having the gull to tell some Mexican cops that they pulled him over because he was black and in a nice car, like playing the race card is supposed to work against a hispanic dude.

His window was actually down. He rolled it back up after telling them to go write the ticket because he’s going to be late. Definitely some entitlement but he was compliant in every other respect.

62 second from the start of the video to when Hill is on the ground. All because he hurt the cops feelings, they got some real sensitive cops down in Florida lol.

I got a no seatbelt ticket for unbuckling it before he got to my window once. I was parked in a parking lot too. That cop was an asshole.
