I don’t get it?
These nature crossings allow wildlife to move over large roads and highways without any danger. They also allow us to track populations based on the frequency of crossings. The only problem is animals gotta teach other animals about the crossing and until they do they won’t use it.
I know what they are, I don’t get the comic.

I still don’t get it. Are we supposed to know that? And how is any part of that funny?
It’s cute and absurd, that’s all there is to it
I mean, I did. And I found it funny. But to each his own, you know?
A comic does not need to be funny, this one is informative and trying to show the world from the animals perspective.
So the right CAN meme. This changes everything.
It’s so not informative? I don’t need comics to be funny to enjoy them. I just don’t understand it. Still.
Best advice I can give is to read all the comments explaining, or do like me and accept that there are many reasons for some memes/jokes to pass us by.
I think the joke is that the deer believes the earth rose up and intersected the road on its own.the charts show the wilderness and rhe road, and then the wilderness ‘breaking through’ the road.
