For real though, what did attacking Khamenei accomplish? Why? What was this for other than to encourage more violence in return against the US and Israel?
If he dies then the Assembly has to name a new Supreme Leader all over again. And for the US the accomplishment is either getting a technocrat with no ambition beyond just keeping the Oil Oligarchs wealthy, or the entire Islamic Revolution snuffed out and Iran a weak state with no means to project outwards
