There have been at least two assassination attempts by lone gunmen. That’s the 2nd amendment in action. So far they haven’t been successful, but a couple have tried.
It’s not worked yet. But like, this is the supposed “edge” that he 2nd amendment gives us. Right here. 2 people have tried it. More will surely try, with enough time.
