Great job CNN… Didn’t think to include any pictures of the actual leggings?? They’re high rise, no underwear hanging out, just the seam shape and placement is similar to a “whale tail”.

So now all these leggings will likely end up in a landfill because of a seam that imo doesn’t even look bad.

      Yay

Yeah even in the linked reddit pictures, that looks… good? I don’t get the complaint? I mean to be fair, and I don’t mean this in a sexual way at all, I have no comparison pictures for that particular butt. But(t) in the leggins as shown, looks awesome? 🤔

I’m a dude, and these aren’t even the ones I was thinking of, they don’t look bad. The ones I was thinking of has an “aggressive” ruffled seam at the upper butt area and that looks bad IMO.

I personally think so too, but when I consulted with my wife about that style recently, she informed me that seam and the ruffles are to prevent the leggings material from thinning out and becoming transparent when doing squats or bendy yoga stuff.

So, they’re made for actually working out, even though I basically only see them at the grocery store and shit

Hahaha I do yoga and most of the women pants don’t have that and it doesn’t really make a difference IMO. I took a class a few weeks ago out in the Florida sun with like 40 other people, most were women, and there was only one that looked like she was wearing leggings rather than yoga pants. When she was bent over you could clearly see her black thong through her black pants.

While searching for pictures, I saw something saying that they’re supposedly still available for sale in Australia, so maybe there’s a chance they’ll get worn out before hitting the landfill?

But…there’s fabric above it and around it so it’s clearly not underwear sticking out.

I mean, I get it. You should totally be comfortable in the clothes you’re wearing. I don’t think I’d see it if I hadn’t read about it though.
