If i understand correctly things such as dumping chemicals into environment/drinking water/atmosphere can be determined by some judge in some random county for giant companies operating in their state.
thank you, pretty much. the reason most man-made things/structures/vehicles/etc we’re surrounded by are NOT falling apart around us is regulations. all it takes is for corporations to say “i don’t want to spend money on upkeep/maintenance/safety for __________ anymore” because you can bet your bottom dollar they’re not going to cut into their profits to make YOU safe, unless it’s literally the law that they do. if they did, then it wouldn’t have to be the law.
