“Grasshopper’s Dream,” situated alongside the Gujeol-ri Station, near Jeongseon, South Korea, consists of two green buildings, complete with antennae, metal legs, and black eyes. The lower level serves pasta and the upper level houses a coffee shop.
Gujeol-ri Station is a well-known center for one of South Korea’s lesser-known pastimes: rail biking, which involves pedal-powered (usually four-wheeled) vehicles that run along the rails. The two stacked green cars warrant a double-take from those pedaling by on the Auraji rail bike route.
