In 2020, Vermont banned the use of plastic bags because of environmental concerns. Five years later, plastic bags have practically disappeared.

    Unironically, yes, it’s literally protected by the Constitution. Plastic bags are not

      Constitution doesn’t specify what type of gun, not sure ak47 and other fully automatic weapons were on the minds of the writers of the constitution. A lot of things have changed since then.

          But they are only illegal under certain circumstances and certain states. So if exceptions can be made, more regulations can be made as well.
