    things are ultra processed to have an unnaturally long shelf life and be cheap to manufacture on a massive global scale. they’re interested in your money, not your health. best to just stick with olive oil, and if something just absolutely has to be fried, know that it’s going to be bad for you.

    it’s not the one cigarette that kills you, it’s the decades of daily smoking that does it. same with garbage food

        It does depend on the label. There are certain marks that are legally protected olive oil standards. They are typically pricier but you are buying the guarantee that your getting real olive oil & not a mix of other oils with olive oil.
